If your reservation is cancelled or rescheduled, we have a justified reason. We strive to keep all reservations, However if cancelled we will do our best to reschedule with you to make sure your home is cleaned.
Our main goal is to arrive on a specific time, but there are many elements that can interfere. While we cannot tell you the exact time, we can give you an estimated time.

We do not charge a fee for rescheduling with a 24-hour notice on business days. However, we charge a $50.00 fee for rescheduling with less than 24 hours.
For recurring service passengers, an additional fee may be charged to your account if we exceed the time allotted to cleaning your home.
EXAMPLE: Your home may need extra cleaning after such events as parties, construction work or as a result of extended intervals between cleanings. If you have any questions or concerns, Please contact the home office during office hours.
We ask our clients to contact the home office or mobile phone to relay any notes or requests. We will add this information to the work orders for the team.
Absolutely! We do not use any harmful chemicals in your home. We utilize all-natural cleaning products that is safe for your family and pets.
Yes, our cleaners are required to have one (1) month of training before they are scheduled to meet with a client, are uniformed, and have had their backgrounds checked.
Our services are available for daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleaning, as well as move-in or move-out cleans.
